Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for transmitting control information. The present disclosure specifies: a resource allocation control unit which defines a pattern allocated to a terminal by a resource block, and generates a resource definition indicator; a downlink control information generation unit which generates control information, including a field comprising a first bit area indicating a resource allocated to the terminal in the defined pattern and a second bit area in which the bit number is changed according to the degree by which the pattern is defined, adds a CRC parity bit to the control information, and scrambles a temporary identifier of a certain wireless network to the added CRC parity bit so as to output scrambled control information; and a transmitting unit which maps the scrambled control information to a PDCCH, and transmits the PDCCH or the resource definition indicator to the terminal.
