Abstract:
Disclosed is a broadcast signal receiver. The broadcast signal receiver, according to the present invention, comprises: a synchronization and demodulation unit for performing signal detection and OFDM demodulation on a received signal; a frame parser for parsing a signal frame of the received signal; a time-deinterleaving unit for deinterleaving LDM data; a first demapping/decoding unit for demapping and FEC decoding the LDM data, thereby obtaining core layer data; an interference removal unit for removing the core data from the LDM data, thereby outputting enhanced layer data; and a second demapping/decoding unit for demapping and FEC decoding the enhanced layer data.
