Abstract:
A pressing/molding apparatus, a mold, and a pressing/molding method capable of increasing productivity by shortening a molding cycle. The pressing/molding apparatus comprises a first mold, a second mold disposed oppositely to the first mold and having a substrate (14), an insulator (21) disposed on the first mold side of the substrate (14), and a processing member disposed on the first mold side of the insulator (21) and having recesses and protrusions formed on the surface thereof opposed to the first mold, a loading treatment part for loading a processed member into the first mold, a heating treatment part for heating the processing member to a molding temperature higher than the state change point of a material forming the processed member, and a transfer treatment part for transferring the recesses and protrusions to the processed member by pressing the processing member against the processed member. Since the processing member is disposed on the first mold side of the insulator, the processing member can be heated to the molding temperature in a short time and cooled to a mold-releasing temperature.
