Abstract:
Provided is an apparatus for predicting the remaining service life of an elevator, the apparatus making it possible to improve accuracy in prediction of the remaining service life of an elevator. The apparatus for predicting the remaining service life comprises: an analysis unit that, with respect to an elevator provided with an inverter in which a semiconductor module having a semiconductor element is mounted, a motor driven by the inverter, and a cage driven by the motor, creates a future operation amount prediction model on the basis of an operation record of the elevator; a measurement unit that measures the temperature of the semiconductor element; and a prediction unit that, on the basis of the operation amount prediction model created by the analysis unit and the temperature measured by the measurement unit, predicts the remaining service life of the semiconductor module.
