Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing a deodorant thread and a preparation method of a deodorant thread using the same having a deodorizing function without changes in the washing durability and texture of thread by deodorizing processing a cellulose-based thread through graft polymerization using steam in a reactor of a general dyeing apparatus. The preparation method of a deodorant thread of the present invention by deodorizing processing a cellulose-based thread comprises: a deodorizing solution preparation step of mixing a polymerization initiator, a deodorant monomer and water; the deodorizing solution treatment step of penetrating the deodorizing solution into a bobbin to which the cellulose-based thread is wound; the step of draining and dehydrating the deodorizing solution penetrated into a reactor and the bobbin; the step of thermally graft polymerizing the cellulose-based thread by supplying steam into the reactor; the step of water-treating and washing the thermally graft polymerized cellulose-based thread; and the step of drying the washed cellulose-based thread at a high temperature.
