Abstract:
An apparatus for preparing a dry electrode. The apparatus comprises a rolling unit, wherein the rolling unit comprises a plurality of calendering rollers and a feeding device. The plurality of calendering rollers are distributed one by one from upstream to downstream according to a preset track, and a rolling gap is formed between every two adjacent calendering rollers. The axes of all the calendering rollers are parallel to one another, and all the calendering rollers are controllably rotated about their own axes. The feeding device is used for supplying a powder material to the rolling gap between the first and second calendering rollers located upstream, so that the powder material is rolled into a powder material film by means of the first and second calendering rollers located upstream; and the powder material film is then moved downstream, and sequentially passes through subsequent rolling gaps. The roller diameters of the calendering rollers gradually increase on the preset track from upstream to downstream.
