Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus for preserving food using cell activation, which produces space energy in a low-temperature storage environment, thereby keeping food or agricultural and fishery products in a state where the internal energy thereof is activated. The apparatus produces space energy in the growth environment of food or agricultural and fishery products by providing free electrons and an electromagnetic field at a predetermined frequency, thereby suppressing generation of saturated fatty acids in the food or agricultural and fishery products, and supplies fine electric and magnetic fields to the food or agricultural and fishery products, thereby keeping the food or agricultural and fishery products in a state where the energy thereof is activated.
