Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for press blanking and packaging a member plate, including: a press material supply unit for supplying a plate-shaped press material; a press blanking molding unit for molding a member plate by press blanking the press material; a press material discharge unit for discharging the press material; a member plate drawing unit for drawing the member plate from the press molding unit; a pickup transfer unit for transferring the drawn member plate onto a member plate loading unit; a base sheet supply unit for loading the member plate on a base sheet by supplying the base sheet to the member plate loading unit; a cover sheet supply unit for supplying a cover sheet to the base sheet; a sheet laminating unit for laminating the base sheet and the cover sheet when the member plate is in an inserted state by vertically pressing the base sheet and the cover sheet in a contacting state thereof; and a laminated sheet discharge unit for discharging the laminated sheet. The present invention improves productivity and efficiency in the supply of the member plate by simultaneously and automatically performing the molding and supply processes for the member plate attached to an FPC and the like, minimizes generation of foreign materials, and smoothly supplies the member plates in a single-sheet feeding manner.
