Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing an upper garment from escaping, and more particularly, to an apparatus for preventing an upper garment from escaping which fixes the lower end of the upper garment so as to prevent the lower end of the upper garment from being exposed outwardly from a lower garment. The apparatus for preventing the upper garment from escaping according to the present invention consists essentially of: a fixing unit consisting essentially of an upper garment fixing surface which tightly contacts the upper garment so as to prevent the upper garment from escaping, and an elastic plate, any one surface of which is coupled to the upper garment fixing surface and a portion of the other surface of which is coupled to a tong-type frame, wherein the elastic plate is made of an elastic material which is transformable so as to tightly contact a human body; and the tong-type frame consisting essentially of a handle made of a pair of bent support pieces each having a fixing hole for fixing a hinge pin, and a tong portion integrally formed with the handle portion such that the ends of the tong portion are bent. The apparatus of the present invention consists of the fixing unit and the tong-type frame, wherein the fixing unit is fixed at the lower end of the upper garment, and the tong-type frame fixes either a belt or the top of the lower garment so that the lower end of the upper garment may not be exposed outwardly from the lower garment, thus exhibiting the effects of making the style of dress of a user appear neat and enabling the user to wear clothes comfortably.
