Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for preventing a water gauge from freezing and bursting. When a water inlet pipe unit, a water gauge body unit and a water outlet pipe unit are divided into a lower water gauge section and an upper water gauge section, the apparatus comprises: an upper cover including an upper inner covering part having the same shape as the outer appearances of the upper water gauge section and a neck part, a plurality of upper outer covering parts arranged to enclose the upper inner covering part, a neck sealing cap arranged at the top of the upper inner covering part and the upper outer covering part, an upper water inlet pipe sealing cap arranged at a distal end of the water inlet pipe unit side of the upper inner covering part and the upper outer covering part, and an upper water outlet pipe sealing cap arranged at a distal end of the water outlet pipe unit side of the upper inner covering part and the upper outer covering part; and a lower cover including a lower inner covering part having the same shape as the outer appearances of the lower water gauge section, a plurality of lower outer covering parts arranged to enclose the lower inner covering part, a lower water inlet pipe sealing cap arranged at a distal end of the water inlet pipe unit side of the lower inner covering part and the lower outer covering part, and a lower water outlet pipe sealing cap arranged at a distal end of the water outlet pipe unit side of the lower inner covering part and the lower outer covering part. Thus, heat insulation efficiency is improved.
