Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing medical data of a client terminal, comprising: an image receiving unit configured to receive medical images photographed by a capsule endoscope; a medical record receiving unit configured to receive, from a patient management system server, a medical record including the previous diagnosis record of the patient photographed by the capsule endoscope; a viewer configured to simultaneously display the medical images from the image receiving unit and the medical record from the medical record receiving unit; an annotation unit configured to annotate medical images being displayed on the viewer by means of text and/or audio; and a medical data generating unit configured to generate medical data containing the medical images displayed on the viewer, notations input by the notation unit, and the medical record. The apparatus receives a medical record including physical data, medical history, family medical history, previous diagnosis record, etc. of the patient from the patient management system server, displays the received medical record on the viewer together with the medical images photographed by the capsule endoscope or the like, and generates medical data containing said medical record and said medical images, to thereby enable a doctor to examine and consider the medical record including the medical history of the patient during diagnosis using the medical image photographed by the capsule endoscope, so as to assist in diagnosing hereditary diseases having unobvious manifestations. Particularly, the apparatus of the present invention enables the doctor to accurately find and diagnose specific diseases which can be found by synthesizing symptoms at various parts of body, referring to the family medical history or medical history of the patient, and enables symptoms of diseases and the opinions of doctors to be easily shared with other client terminals or servers. The present invention also provides a method for processing medical image data.
