Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing squids, and the apparatus comprises: a part for insertion (4) through which the worker is able to put squids into a cage (3) one by one on one side of a substrate (2); a disembowelment preparation unit (40) which presses the squids in order to smoothly disembowel bodies of the squids in a state in which the legs of the squids are pressurized; a disembowelment unit (5) which disembowels the bodies of the squids; a compression guide (18) which guides the squids by pressing the squids so that the pressed squids are compressed into the case (3) so that the disemboweled bodies of the squids and the legs of the squids do not stray from the case (3) when the squids are disemboweled; a body spreading compression means (50) which spreads the disemboweled bodies and adheres the spread bodies to a lower belt conveyor (19), and compresses the bodies onto the belt conveyor (19) so that the bodies are smoothly put between an isolation plate guide (29a) and the belt conveyor (19); a body and intestine separating unit (6) which separates the intestines from the bodies of the squids; an intestine cutting unit (7) which cuts the legs and the intestines separated from the bodies; a mouth cutting unit (70) which cuts the middle of the legs; a bone separating unit (60) which separates gills and bones; and a body collecting unit (8) which collects the bodies separated from the gills and the bones, and transfers the collected bodies to a next process. In addition, the invention further comprises an ear cutting unit (100) which cuts the ear parts from the bodies of the squids before the bodies of the squids are disemboweled.
