Abstract:
Disclosed are an apparatus for processing T-shaped steel and a method for correcting the T-shaped steel. The apparatus for processing T-shaped steel comprises a delivery device (11), welding devices (12) and correcting devices (13), wherein the welding devices and the correcting devices are both symmetrically arranged on either side of the delivery device, and the welding devices and the correcting devices on each side are successively arranged along the flow direction of a pipeline. Each of the correcting devices comprises a lifting means, and the lifting means is provided with flame heating guns (131, 132, 133, 134). The method for correcting the T-shaped steel comprises the steps of: adjusting the level of the flame heating guns based on the level of a T-shaped steel; welding the T-shaped steel; switching on the flame heating guns that are required to operate when the initial end of a weld in the T-shaped steel is directly facing one of the correcting devices; and switching off the operating flame heating guns when the terminal end of the weld in the T-shaped steel is directly facing the correcting device. The apparatus for processing T-shaped steel and the method for correcting the T-shaped steel can effectively reduce the correction time, improve the production efficiency of the T-shaped steel, prevent the stagnation of the pipeline, and increase the utilization rate of a processing plant.
