Abstract:
The invention relates to an apparatus (100) for producing electrical energy in flowing waterways, in particular with a tidal flow, wherein an essentially rigid holding mast (101) and at least one cantilever arm, which is arranged substantially at right angles to the holding mast (101), are provided, wherein at least one flow-producing turbine (106) is arranged on both sides of the holding mast (101) on the at least one cantilever arm (104), the holding mast (101) can pivot in all directions above the holding point (102), and the turbines (106) are arranged on the cantilever arm (104) such that they can pivot about a second pivoting axis, parallel to the cantilever arm (104).
