An apparatus for producing mixtures is used in any sector of the national economy for preparing mixtures of two or more components in the form of bulk materials in continuous and batch production. The aim of the proposed technical solution is to manufacture an apparatus with minimal mechanical activity on the starting components of the mixture, to increase the homogeneity of the mixture produced with an adjustable percentage ratio of components, and to increase the productivity of the labour force by virtue of continuous production. The set aim is achieved in that an additional channel 4 has the possibility of a fixed axial movement and is equipped on the outside, in the lower part, with a conical shutoff 5, which makes contact with a neck 6 of a feed hopper 2, whereas an atomizing head 7 is mounted inside the additional channel 4, in the lower part, which atomizing head is formed from two parts fixed relative to one another with a gap, through which compressed air is passed, wherein the lower part of the atomizing head 7 is fixed in the end of the additional channel 4, wherein the atomizing head 7 itself is connected rigidly to a vibrator 8, and calibrated slots 10 are formed in the lower part of the additional channel 4, the surface of the lower edge of said slots being a continuation of the lower part of the atomizing head 7.
