Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for producing nanoparticles. Provided is an apparatus for producing nanoparticles, comprising: a main body which has an internal space into which an electric insulator is inserted from one side of the main body; an insulating tube which is inserted into the main body and into which the electric insulator and a local heating device provided in the electric insulator are inserted such that the local heating device is positioned along the central axis thereof; a first inlet which is formed at one side of the main body so as to introduce external air to the inside of the insulating tube; a second inlet which is formed at one side of the main body so as to introduce external air to the outside of the insulating tube; and an outlet which is formed at the other side of the main body so as to discharge the air, which is introduced to the inside of the main body through the insulating tube, to the outside of the main body. The apparatus can be configured in ultraminiature form. Also, the apparatus has the effects that the concentration of high-volume nanoparticles can be easily controlled from a high concentration to a medium concentration, and non-agglomerated single nanoparticles can be produced at a high concentration.
