Abstract:
The present invention is directed to an integrated process performing the operations of pulverizing, drying and mixing waste plastics and sludge at the same time, to reduce the number of processes required and improve the productivity, thereby achieving a substantial improvement in the economic value of solid fuel. To this end, there is provided an apparatus for producing solid fuel by synthesizing waste plastics and sludge, comprising: a pulverization rotor (3) for pulverizing waste plastics inside a mixing drum (11) of a mixer (1); and a sludge inlet (2) via which sludge is supplied into the mixing drum (11), wherein the pulverization rotor (3) includes pulverizing plates (33, 33') and pulverizing bars (34, 34'). As such, the present invention largely reduces the production process and time of solid fuel, which in turn improves the efficiency and yield in the production of the solid fuel obtained by mixing waste plastics and sludge, to thereby increase the economic value of the solid fuel even more.
