Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus (1) for producing particles, which comprises: a treatment vessel (3) in which a treatment solution is adhered onto the surfaces of inorganic particles; a chamber (4) which is communicated with a downstream side of the treatment vessel (3) and in which a powdery material and air are separated from each other; a powdery material supply means (50) which comprises a supply section (5), a supply system (6) and the like and enables the supply of the powdery material to the treatment vessel (3); and a treatment solution spray means (70) which comprises a nozzle (7), a pump (8), a supply system (9), a high-pressure air generation system (11) and the like and enables the spraying of the treatment solution in the form of droplets onto the powdery material that has been just supplied into the treatment vessel (3). The treatment vessel (3) preferably has a smaller volume than that of the chamber (4).
