Abstract:
An apparatus for quickly detecting the weight of capsules includes a hopper (1), an upper passageway (2), a feeding deflector rod (3), a feeding wheel (4), a weighing platform (5), a stopping catch pin (6) and a lower passageway (7). An opening at the bottom of the hopper (1) corresponds to the upper passageway (2) which has a discharge gate (21) at the lower end. The feeding deflector rod (3) which can be inserted into the discharge gate (21) is provided at one side of the discharge gate (21), and the feeding wheel (4) with peripheral storage chests is provided at the other side of the discharge gate (21). When a storage chest (41) is rotated to the lowest position along with the feeding wheel (4), the stopping catch pin (6) pushes the capsules stored in the storage chest (41) to the weighing platform (5), so as to weigh the capsules. A lower passageway (7) with an anchor gate (71) is provided at one side of the weighing platform (5) so as to discharge the capsules.
