Abstract:
An apparatus for receiving a broadcast according to a disclosed embodiment comprises: a receiver for receiving a broadcast signal according to the ATSC3.0 standard; a memory for storing at least one instruction; and a processor for obtaining, from the broadcast signal, a low level signaling (LSL) table to which a signature including a service list table (SLT) is applied, searching for a certification data table (CDT) in the LLS table in order to verify the signature applied to the acquired LLS table, and verifying the signature applied to the LLS table on the basis of the CDT obtained by the search, thereby performing authentication on the LLS.
