Abstract:
An apparatus for recognizing and detecting a vagrant and a use method therefor, which relate to the technical field of traffic management. For the existing problem in which a vagrant in a major transportation road is not quickly recognized and driven out, the following solution is proposed. The apparatus for recognition and detection comprises a central processing apparatus (1). The central processing apparatus (1) is electrically connected to a backend database (3) and a display screen (2) by means of a wire, and the central processing apparatus (1) is electrically connected to a recording apparatus by means of a wire. The described solution has a simple structure and is easy to use. By means of processing at different levels, usage pressure in the background is reduced so that processing speed increases. Notification is performed in different manners, and human rights are respected while processing efficiency is ensured. The problem of a traffic jam due to an individual at a traffic intersection is solved at the root, while a traffic safety risk is reduced, thus building a better city.
