Abstract:

An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for reducing a pollutant of exhaust gas. The apparatus for reducing a pollutant of exhaust gas according to the embodiment of the present invention may comprise: an exhaust gas pipe for supplying exhaust gas of a combustion engine mounted in a marine structure; a washing water supply pipe for supplying washing water; a scrubber connected to the exhaust gas pipe and the washing water supply pipe, and having a spray nozzle installed therein to spray the washing water to the exhaust gas supplied from the exhaust gas pipe; a first oxidation unit for spraying a first oxidizing agent to the exhaust gas pipe to primarily oxidize the exhaust gas; and a second oxidation unit for spraying, to the inside of the scrubber, a second oxidizing agent including an oxidation catalyst, which is a mixture of an inorganic metal compound including a transition metal hydroxide, and an organic compound including sulfoxide, to secondarily oxidize the exhaust gas and prevent a reverse reaction.
