Abstract:
Disclosed is an apparatus (1) for reducing waste lithographic printing plate developing liquid, which comprises: an antifoaming agent tank (40) for storing an antifoaming agent; a processing liquid tank (10) for storing waste positive lithographic printing plate developing liquid; a first container (20) that is connected to the antifoaming agent tank (40) and the processing liquid tank (10) and comprises a heating coil (60) for heating and concentrating the waste liquid; a second container (22) that comprises a cooling coil (64) for cooling and condensing the water vapor evaporated from the first container (20); a compressor (61) and a capillary tube (68) that are connected to the heating coil (60) and the cooling coil (64) so as to configure a heat pump system; a pressure reducing means for reducing the pressures of the first container (20) and the second container (22), said pressure reducing means comprising a water-jet tank (80), an aspirator (81) and a water-jet pump (82); and a cleaning water tank (90) which recovers the water cooled and condensed by the second container (22) and is connected to the water-jet tank (80).
