Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for replacing a seat-cushion manufacturing mold, the apparatus being capable of facilitating replacing, checking, and repairing of a plurality of mold carriers, and smoothly replacing a mold carrier without stopping a manufacturing and production line, thereby enhancing productivity according to seat molding. To this end, a plurality of mold carriers are arranged on a track in a rotation type, and a moving table is rotated and circulated along a circulation rail by a drive means. The mold carriers effectively enter and exit from the circulation rail through the configuration of: moving rails installed parallel to each other toward the outside of the circulation rail; a carrier guide rail for entrance to and exit from the circulation rail; a carrier replacing means installed on the moving rails and the carrier guide rail; and a carrier transfer means for transferring the mold carriers. Thus a manufacturing mold of a cassette unit is replaced from the mold carriers.
