The present invention relates to a device kit that allows bras to be washed in washing machines; be stored in wardrobes and drawers; and carried in suitcases, valises, bags and similar luggage without becoming deformed.
The shape of bras, particularly of push-up bras and of full-cup bras, become deformed as they are left under other clothes or goods in wardrobes, hangers, or drawers, in suitcases, valises, bags, and similar luggage when they are carried.
Concerning their personal carriage, it is recommended to put bras in individual boxes, but this solution leads to a space loss in suitcases and in similar luggage.
A similar and even more significant problem is related to the washing of bras.
While bras supported with sponge and similar materials are washed in washing machines, they become deformed as they are oppressed by other laundries and are centrifuged. Therefore, bra users are left with nothing, but to wash the bras manually, such circumstances causing a significant time loss, without satisfactory cleaning and hygiene.
Though it has been suggested to wash such bras in washing machines by placing them in zipper-equipped, water-permeable containers, this solution fails in avoiding the oppressing of bras by other materials.
This product allowing the storage and carriage of bras and their washing in washing machines without their shapes becoming deformed is composed of two identical parts, which are the exact mirror images of each other.
Figure 1 is a planar view of open and closed forms of the subject device kit's right and left parts.
Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of open and closed forms of a single part of the subject device kit.
Figure 3 provides isometric views of open forms of the subject device kit's right and left parts and the closed form of the left part thereof.
The subject device kit consists of two, one right and one left, independent identical and symmetric parts, namely, parts that are mirror images of each other, each having a size large enough to accommodate the front cup section of a bra, and produced from PVC, Moblen or similar materials with various colors and transparencies, which do not become deformed by contacting to hot water.
Each part is composed of two -one upper (1 ) and lower (2)- cups, which are coupled to each other by means of a hinge (4).
Orifices (3) are provided on each cup, such orifices having a sufficient diameter and quantity to facilitate water inlet-output. A total of three attachment pins (5) are provided on two sides of the upper cup (1 ), and three pin slots (6) are provided on two sides of the lower cup (2), to accommodate said pins (5).
First, one cup of a bra is placed in the lower cup (2). The upper cup (1 ) is closed over the lower cup (2). Three pins (5) on the upper cup (1 ), are individually inserted into the pin slots (6) on the lower cup (2) such that the bra is stored partially freely between said upper (1 ) and lower (2) cups.
By performing the same action for the other cup of the bra, the protection of the bra's delicate sections is provided, so that even if the bra is washed in a washing machine it is not deformed due to the oppression of other laundry and to centrifugation.
The bra such protected can safely be stored in wardrobes, hangers, and drawers, and be carried in suitcases, valises, bags, and similar luggage without necessitating it to enclose in another container.
