The apparatus comprises a first arm configured to hold and move a syringe, a second arm configured to hold a first vessel containing a first material and move the first vessel to a position near the syringe, the syringe being configured to transfer a first solution from a pocket held by a bracket to the first vessel to mix the first solution with the first material to form a second solution and being further configured to transfer the second solution from the first vessel to the pocket; and a third arm configured to hold a second vessel containing a second material and move the second vessel to a position near the syringe, the syringe being configured to transfer the first solution and/or the second solution from the pocket to the second vessel to mix the first solution and/or the second solution with the second material to form a third solution and being further configured to transfer the third solution from the second vessel to the pocket.
