Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for thermally insulating and controlling the temperature of a cylinder of an injection machine. The apparatus of the present invention enables the cylinder to be thermally insulated by a thermal insulation body, and thus not only improves the efficiency of heating the cylinder, but also prevents the dissipation of heat to the outside, such as to an indoor space, thereby providing a comfortable work environment. Further, the apparatus of the present invention cools each part of the cylinder if necessary using air instead of a refrigerant, such as a coolant, cooling oil or nitrogen gas, thus enabling the adjustment of the temperature of the cylinder in an efficient manner.
