Abstract:
The present invention relates to an apparatus for a washing cylinder liner in the middle or large scale, which includes: a main bed fixed on a plurality of legs, which are fixed to coupling members such as bolts or the like at lower ends; a first driving section formed with a pair of first rollers fixed on a top surface at a side of the center of the main bed and supporting the lower part at a side of the liner; a second driving section formed with a pair of second rollers fixed on a top surface of the main bed with a predetermined distance from the first driving section and supporting the lower part at the other side of the liner; an inner surface washing section having first jetting nozzles fixed at the right and left sides on the top surface of the main bed, where the first and second driving sections are positioned, together with height members, so as to move towards the first and second driving sections for alternatively jetting air of high pressure or washing solution; an outer surface washing section having second jetting nozzles fixed to a wall surface surrounding the first and second driving sections for alternatively jetting the air of high pressure or the washing solution to an outer circumferential surface of the liner; and a washing section connected with a high pressure member at a side and coupled with the first and second jetting nozzles by tube-shaped first and second conveying cables, which convey the washing solution or the air stored in storage tanks. As described above, the apparatus for the washing cylinder liner in the middle or large scale according to the present invention has effects as follows. The second section is conveyed towards the first driving section along an LM guide so that an interval therebetween is controllable. Furthermore, a pair of the first and second roller guides are formed in the first and second conveying sections to face each other, and also conveyed along the LM guide so that an interval therebetween is controllable. Therefore, it is possible to wash the washing cylinder liners in various length and size. In addition, the first roller formed at a side of the first driving section rotates in the coupled state with a driving motor via a chain. Therefore, the liner may be effectively washed.
