Abstract:
[Problem] To enable a cell arrangement to be flexibly performed at less cost. [Solution] Provided is an apparatus that comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires information indicating one or more second base stations located in the coverage of a first base station connected to a wired backhaul; and a control unit that controls establishment of a wireless backhaul between the first base station and each of the one or more second base stations.
