Abstract:
An apparel tailoring system (10) and method. The method comprises: accurately measuring physical parameter information of a user, the information comprising a measurement required for tailoring an apparel; building, on the basis of the physical parameter information and on the basis of registration information inputted by the user, a human body model for the user to facilitate remote apparel fitting; providing, on the basis of the human body model built for the user, the user with different apparel models and colors, allowing the user to choose from the different apparel models and colors for fitting; the user selecting a desired apparel model, and the apparel model moving to the human body model, built using the physical parameter of the user, for user fitting and experience, and for determining the style and color of a tailored apparel. The invention provides the user with a reliable and convenient apparel tailoring service.
