Abstract:
Disclosed is an appearance inspection device for detecting a defect in a photovoltaic panel, comprising: a first inspection chamber and a second inspection chamber having dark environments therein; a conveying device passing through the first inspection chamber and the second inspection chamber; an EL camera set disposed at the bottom of the first inspection chamber and used to capture an image of a product; a surface light source disposed at one side of the second inspection chamber; a plurality of light-homogenizing plates disposed in the second inspection chamber and defining a three-dimensional space; a first camera set disposed at the top of the three-dimensional space; and a second camera set disposed at the bottom of the three-dimensional space. The present invention uses an automatic conveyor line to perform feeding and discharging operations, and employs a visual inspection technique to realize automatic photographing and inspection, thereby greatly improving the inspection efficiency and the reliability of inspection results, and improving the product quality.
