Abstract:
An appearance inspection device for tablets, the appearance inspection device comprising a frame (1) having a support function, wherein the middle of the frame (1) is provided with an inspection table (2) that divides the frame (1) into an upper portion and a lower potion; a support plate (3) is provided behind a middle position on the inspection table (2); the inspection table (2) is provided with a feeding device (4) for conveying tablets; an arrangement device and suction conveying devices (5, 10) are provided on the inspection table (2) and on one side of the feeding device (4); and optical units (6, 9) are provided below and above the suction conveying devices (5, 10). The beneficial effect lies in that an object to be inspected can be directly placed into a storage device (41) and then subsequently inspected, without the need for an operator to operate a bucket, a vacuum conveyor, or other feeding devices, thereby reducing the labor cost, working space, and labor and time for maintenance.
