Abstract:
The invention relates to a food preparation appliance (1) intended to dehydrate and grind food, comprising a receptacle (2) for receiving food to be prepared, the receptacle (2) having a side wall (5), a grinding tool (3) arranged in the receptacle (2), a base (10) housing an electric motor (30), the electric motor (30) being configured to rotate the grinding tool (3), a heating device (20) arranged in the base (10), the heating device (20) being configured to dehydrate the food located in the receptacle (2), the heating device (20) being a hot air production device. According to the invention, the receptacle (2) is removably mounted on the base (10), the receptacle (2) has an openwork bottom (4), and the hot air production device is configured to blow hot air into the receptacle (2) via the openwork bottom (4).
