An appliance system comprises an information exchange module (1) and at least one appliance (2). The information exchange module (1) comprises a communication unit (11) and a control unit (12). The control unit (12) comprises a control portion (121) and a control interface (122) connected to the control portion (121). The control interface (122) can display a dynamic image. Different dynamic images and/or different dynamic image combinations respectively correspond to different information. The control portion (121) sends, according to a dynamic image or a dynamic image combination triggered on the control interface (122), corresponding information to the appliance (2) via the communication unit (11). The control portion (121) controls, according to information sent by the appliance (2) and received by the communication unit (11), the control interface (122) to display a corresponding dynamic image or a dynamic image combination. The appliance system provides a user with an engaging user experience. Dynamic images and or dynamic image combinations are used to represent different information, such that a user can control the appliance (2) and check a status of the appliance (2) easily and intuitively, thereby facilitating ease of use.
