Abstract:
An application of albiflorin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an IDO inhibitor; albiflorin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof serving as an IDO inhibitor can be used for preparing a drug, food, health product, food additive, or nutritional supplement for preventing or treating the pathological characteristic diseases of the tryptophan metabolic pathway mediated by IDO overactivation, said diseases being one or more of cancer, depression, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease.
