Abstract:
A coating device comprising: a coating head having an interior space filled with a coating solution and a discharge outlet that communicates with the interior space; a coating solution supply part that supplies the coating solution to the interior space of the coating head; a coating solution ejection part that has an ejection flow channel that is connected to the interior space, said coating solution ejection part ejecting the coating solution in the interior space via the ejection flow channel; a drip detection part that detects coating solution that has dripped from the discharge outlet; and a control unit. The control unit controls the coating solution supply part and/or the coating liquid ejection part on the basis of the output of the drip detection part.
