Abstract:

Provided is an application of a dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate salt in preparing a fat-burning and weight-loss drug for external use. The dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate salt can directly enter an adipocyte and activate PKA protein, thereby activating hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL) to catalyze the breakdown of fat into free fatty acid and glycerol. Also, the destructive effect of phosphodiesterase in the body is prevented, and compared to cAMP, the action time is longer, and the speed is faster.
