Abstract:
This application jig 100 is used to apply an erosion shield member 80 to a rotor blade member 70 and is provided with: a body 10 disposed on the back side of the rotor blade member 70; a first pressing section 20 provided to the body 10 and pressing, from the back side of the rotor blade member 70, the erosion shield member 80 to be mounted at the front edge 73 of the rotor blade member 70; a second pressing section 30 supported by the body 10 and pressing the rear edge 74 of the rotor blade member 70 from the back side; and a third pressing section 40 which is supported by the body 10, is disposed extending from the back side to the belly side of the rotor blade member 70 while bypassing the rear edge 74, is capable of pivoting about a pivot shaft 13 provided to the body 10, and presses from the belly side the portion of the rotor blade member 70, which is located between the front edge 73 and the rear edge 74.
