Abstract:
The present invention suppresses a decrease in the quality of multicast delivery of content even when the communication state of a wireless communication portable terminal device of a node is decreased. A delivery server (21), when the communication state of a wireless communication portable terminal device (31) at the end of a first chain is less than a predetermined communication state threshold value, delivers predetermined content data to another wireless communication portable terminal device (31) that has next transmitted a delivery request, as a second chain different from the first chain. A delivery server (21) chain-connects wireless communication portable terminal devices (31) as the second chain in the order of transmission of subsequent delivery requests, and performs application layer multicast delivery to deliver the predetermined content data to the respective wireless communication portable terminal devices (31) by a peer-to-peer scheme.
