Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an application method, an application device, and a program, wherein the change of the ejection quantity is corrected with high accuracy and an application shape or a fillet shape can be stabilized.
[Solution] An application method of a liquid material in which the liquid material ejected from an ejection device is filled by the use of a capillary phenomenon, the application method of the liquid material, including: a step of making an application pattern configured from a plurality of continuous application regions; a step of making a plurality of cycles and allocating the cycles to the respective application regions, the cycles obtained by combining one ejection pulse with a plurality of pause pulses at a predetermined ratio; a step of performing application in the cycles allocated for the respective application regions; a correction amount calculation step of, in a preset correction cycle, measuring the ejection amount at the time of the correction cycle and calculating the correction amount of the ejection amount; and a step of adjusting the ratio of the pause pulse to the one ejection pulse for at least one cycle on the basis of the correction amount calculated in the correction amount calculation step, wherein the length of the pause pulse is set so as to sufficiently smaller than that of the ejection pulse.
