Abstract:
The present invention provides an application of NADPH in preparing a medicament for treating ischemic cerebral stroke. The administration of NADPH can reduce cerebral infarction volume, substantially alleviate the behavior obstacle of mice having cerebral ischemia, mitigate cerebral edema, improve the long-term survival capability of mice and enhance neurobehavioral function rehabilitation.
