Abstract:
An application recommendation method, a client, a server, and a system. The application recommendation method comprises: obtaining application preference indexes of a target user for candidate applications and application data of the candidate applications (S2100); obtaining prospective benefit coefficients of the candidate applications according to the application preference indexes of the target user for the candidate applications and the application data of the candidate applications (S2200); and selecting a predetermined number of recommended applications from the plurality of candidate applications on the basis of the obtained prospective benefit coefficients of the plurality of candidate applications, to generate an application recommendation list and display the list for the target user (S2300). By using this method, an application platform providing an application recommendation service can satisfy the requirements of user experience and also maximize revenues.
