Title:
APPLICATION OF SATIVENE, RECOMBINANT BIOCONTROL FUNGUS, AND BOMBYX BATRYTICATUS AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/137785
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An application of sativene, a recombinant biocontrol fungus, and bombyx batryticatus and an application thereof. Provided is an application of sativene in insect attraction and/or pest control. Sativene is attractive to insects. The higher the concentration of sativene is, the better the attraction effect on mosquitoes and drosophila larvae is, and when the content of sativene is as low as 10-11 g, the drosophila larvae still respond to sativene. Sativene is also attractive to galleria mellonella larvae. Further provided is a recombinant biocontrol fungus, comprising a recombinant fungus expression plasmid, wherein a pine longifolene synthetic gene is inserted into the recombinant fungus expression plasmid. The synthesis amount of longifolene and sativene of the recombinant biocontrol fungus is increased, and the amounts of longifolene and sativene volatilized by spores are increased, and thus, the insect attraction is enhanced.
