Abstract:
The present invention provides an application of a Src protein inhibitor comprising N-(2-chloro-6-methylphenyl)-2-{6-[4-(3-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazinyl]-2-methyl-4-pyrimidinylamino}-5-thiazole methanamide(formula I) in a drug for the prevention and/or treatment of Alzheimer's disease. An Aβ42 oligomer and a trial drug were applied to an isolated and cultured cerebral cortex and neuron of a rat fetus for 24 h, and the toxicity and efficacy of the anti-Aβ42 oligomer at different concentrations of the compound having formula I was measured; the results showed that the compound having formula I had a wide effective concentration range, and the survival rate of cells in the effective concentration range was high.
