Abstract:
An application unit is provided with: a container (18) that has a through hole (82) formed in the bottom and into which a liquid material (L) is infused; an application needle (17) for applying the liquid material (L) to a target by protruding from the through hole (82); and a vacuum pump (20) for creating negative pressure within the container (18). Thus, it is possible to apply the liquid material stably over a long period of time.
