Abstract:
The present invention relates to the preparation of various xylan esterification products, and an application thereof in a drug for preventing, alleviating and/or treating inflammatory diseases. The application of a xylan esterification product in the preparation of a drug for preventing or treating inflammatory diseases, which is characterized in that the xylan esterification product has a structure as shown in the following general formula II, the R group of the xylan esterification product of (II) having a degree of substitution of 1.0-2.0, and the degree of substitution being: the average number of substituted hydroxy groups per xylose unit of the xylan; the degree of substitution of fully substituted xylan DS=2.0, wherein n=2-2632, and R1 or R2 is a C1-C12 fatty acid. The xylan esterification product has a good therapeutic effect on inflammatory diseases and cancer caused by inflammatory diseases.
