The present invention provides applications of an L-type voltage-gated calcium channel agonist in the preparation of drugs for treating uresis dysfunctions of bladders of mammals, and a method for evaluating the L-type voltage-gated calcium channel agonist in regulation of uresis dysfunctions of the bladders of the mammals.
