Abstract:
Provided are applications of a recombinant ketoreductase in the preparation of (R)-3-quinuclidinol. The amino acid sequence of the recombinant ketoreductase is shown by any one of SEQ ID No.2, 4, 6, 8 and 10. A product is obtained in a reaction carried out by mixing the recombinant ketoreductase, 3-quinuclidone or 3-quinuclidinone hydrochloride, a cofactor, a buffer, a recombinant glucose dehydrogenase and glucose in a proportion.
