[Problem] To provide an applicator for a double-fold eyelid forming solution. The applicator allows a series of operation of forming the fold of a double-fold eyelid to be performed by the single, unified instrument and can be used more easily. [Solution] An applicator for a double-fold eyelid forming solution is provided with: a stem (10) which has a tip (10a) having a spherical surface; and a grip section (40) which is joined to the base end section (13) of the stem. The stem has: an operation section (11) which is provided to the front end section of the stem, the front end section including the tip, and which brings the surface of the stem into direct contact with an eyelid; and an impregnation section (12) which is disposed on an outer peripheral surface of the stem, the outer surface being located closer to the base end of the stem than the operation section, the impregnation section (12) being impregnated with a double-fold eyelid forming solution and being used to apply the double-fold eyelid forming solution to the eyelid. A portion of the stem, the portion being located closer to the tip than the base end section, is flexible and bends elastically when the impregnation section is pressed against the eyelid.
