Abstract:
Provided is an applicator, e.g. a writing instrument such as a calligraphy pen or a cosmetic tool, which is used to apply coating liquid such as ink or makeup liquid wherein the coating liquid can be guided reliably to the tip of bristles with no risk of cracking the bristles, and can be applied in good state. An applicator having bristles which can be impregnated with the coating liquid and can apply the coating liquid to a medium to be coated is characterized in that the applicator is equipped with a coating liquid guidance member (4) which can guide the coating liquid to the tip side of bristles.
